Cancellation and Refunds :

In the event that a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is cancelled by the user/applicant after the processing has been completed (but before the certificate is downloaded), or if the cancellation occurs after payment has been received, or due to any changes in the pricing, a cancellation fee of ₹1,000 will be applicable. This fee covers administrative costs and any expenses incurred in processing the request.

After the deduction of this cancellation fee, the remaining balance will be refunded to the user. Please note that the refund will be processed and credited within a period of 1 to 2 weeks from the date of cancellation. The method of refund will depend on the original payment mode used by the user. In case of any discrepancies or issues regarding the refund, the user is encouraged to contact our support team for further assistance.
